Katherine did a wonderful job handling my case. When we first began we talked extensively about my history with the DUI and the ins and out of my record. She patiently and carefully explained to me the expungement process. After easy correspondence via email to finalize the required paperwork she submitted our request. It was denied, but she persisted and after further interviewing me about why I wanted the expungement and in what ways the DUI was an impediment to my life, we filed once again and in the appeal the court granted our request. Katherine is a wealth of information, and a bright, beautiful personality who is a joy to build a rapport with. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney.
