First off I was embarrassed that I put myself in this position. I had mixed emotions, nervousness, worried, and scared, and didn’t know what to expect. His office staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Mr. Zimmerman handled himself with professionalism and set me at ease while thoroughly explaining the process & possible outcome. Mr Zimmerman and his staff were very easy to talk to they went above and beyond helping me with the Zoom 341 meeting today I was very nervous as I had not used it before I called his office so many times today asking questions and all were answered very quickly and professionally The whole process was done so I could understand the BK process. I would definitely recommend Mr Zimmerman’s office in the future.
