Few stars doesn’t mean that the business is bad. It doesn’t mean that we need to believe in All bad reviews. There are individuals out there who could tarnish the credibility of the business to get something out from these businesses, or perhaps in revenge for, or maybe from other business competitors who would want others to fail, while they rise. I think people who never had their experience with Patricia should not make any negative comment. I am a current client, and i do recommend her to everyone out there. When i tried and called lawyers, i have never hesitated to contact her office no matter what the reviews were. I know they were busy and that is expected on lawyers, because of the multiple cases that they’ve been handling. Handling multiple cases means business is excellent and the lawyer which is “Patricia Turnage”, is indeed the best of the best lawyers around the Bay Area. For YELP, i have been eyeing on you! This is not the first business whom you have offered for them to pay, in return of deleting the negative report/s on businesses. Let’s be clear on this, have you”YELP” paid people to write negative reviews so that you can offer businesses to pay a lot of money for the removal of those negative reviews? That means “YELP” reviews and the “YELP” itself CANNOT be TRUSTED. Reviews MUST or NEEDs to be realistic, and needs to be INVESTIGATED if those reviews were true and not coming from fake people who were being paid.

Patricia is a highly sought after attorney and I can see why. We just finished trial and let me tell you she's super knowledgeable of the court process. She made the other council look like an idiot! I see some folks have commented that she is less than 5 star quality but that is because they dont understand how difficult it can be when an attorney is in trial. All calls are answered by the staff and the attorney is left to be 100% focused on her trial. Which I would imagine as a client you would appreciate! Sorry if she cant be at everyone's beck n call and one can please everyone. If you are lucky enough to have her attention, she's definitely worth it. I trust and value Mrs. Turnage, she will be who I use until she retires.

My wife and I have used this law firm on several occasions. We find Ms. Turnage to be highly qualified to represent us. Her efficient staff is welcoming and easy to work with.

Patricia exemplified patience and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Most lawyers I have dealt with can be very busy and difficult to communicate with, but Patricia was very compassionate and professional. I highly recommend her for legal advice and representation.

Patricia Turnage took care of an auto claim for me that was initially declined by the other party’s insurance company. Her office ended up getting the max available on their policy and it was definitely above the state minimum required insurance! The Law Offices of Patricia Turnage are detailed in their work, persistent and personable. I recommend them!

If i could give zero stars i would. Patricia told me that she would help me with a case. I was expecting a call from a claim adjuster, and Patricia told me to "not answer any questions when they called" and told me to tell the adjuster that i have "spoken to a lawyer and she will be in touch with them regarding the case" that was the last i ever heard from her. The claim adjuster called me, as i expected, and i told him exactly what she told me to say. I had not heard from her at all, so i called her office and left messages relentlessly. One of the times that i called a "receptionist" answered and blatantly told me that they had received ALL of my messages, including the message left by the claim adjuster, and said Patricia will be calling me back as soon as she got back to the office. Never happened. She never called me back at all. The claim adjuster called me about 3 weeks after, and made me feel and look completely ridiculous because he too never received a call back from her. She is a complete and total waste of time. Seems extremely passive aggressive in that she has a fear of some sort of directly just saying, "I CANNOT REPRESENT YOU." enjoys playing phone tag and wasting valuable time, which is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with very serious claims and matters that require immediate and professional action. I do not recommend her in any way shape or form. Find someone else.

I was referred to Me. Turnage thru a great local firm. Ms. Turnage reqested a 500.00 down payment. I wrote a check July 7th 2018. The check was held a month and deposited August 7th...according to my bank records. I called to find out about my case. I was told that they were busy and that since I wrote a personal check, it would take longer to clear their bank...my check cleared her bank August 8th 2018. Here it is September 1st 2018 and no word or work statis from Ms Turnage. I have lvm as of today, cancelling work and requesting my full 500.00 refund. Additionaly I've sent a text with similar verbage....

Poor experience , I kept getting hung up on and no call back. I know they have caller id because when I called back the 1st time, the receptionist just started talking from the same point in our conversation. After the 2nd time being hung up on, and no call back I took it personal. They apparently didnt want my business.
