In 2020 I was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a firearm with the enhancement 186.22. The section of the enhancement I was being charged with held a minimum of 10 years on my sentence and also qualified me for a 15 to life sentence due to being my 3rd strike. When I came to Daniel he explained we had a long road ahead of us but he would fight till the end for me and boy did he fight although we have not fully resolved the case yet Mr. Vaswani has done a remarkable job in December 2022 he was able to show that I didn’t deserve such harsh punishment and was able to get life taken off the table as I had maintained a good job and starting my own company and now there have even been discussions of probation which is definitely a blessing but only because of the constant checking in and foot work Daniel and his team have done I’m forever grateful I have a second chance at life. Thank you to Daniel and your team when they say they will fight for you they mean it 🙏🏾

I have known Daniel for going on 13 years now. And through those years I have gotten myself in some tight situations. When I first met Daniel he was very compassionate about my situation and also assuring that he would be there to get me through it. I was hesitant but he did not fail me. He has represented me in many cases and every time has followed through and fought like if I was family. One case I was looking at a 3 year prison term and Daniel kept got me more than the minimum sentence and I never went to prison or lost my job or time at home. I had gotten 3 duis in less than a few months and Daniel got two of them dismissed completely. My days of drinking are over but for anyone who ever finds themselves facing legal trouble you can always count on Daniel to get you the best results and give you peace of mind throughout the stressful process. Daniel is a very genuine caring guy who works for you in every way. I'm thankful I found a lawyer that is more than that and actually cares about others lives rather than just the case.
