Never the late.. adding review after my case got dismissed and saw his name on these site today. My experience with Mark Blair and his team. I was convicted in DUI in unfortunate situation and my friend suggested Mark Blair. The moment he took up my case..he got me out of jail and requested for hearing. There was few phone and lot of email conversations happened where he asked me all details with accurate info based on my current situation at that point of time. After reviewing for couple of days, He responded with the possible and expected case results but with a note “Nothing is guaranteed”. As I was an out of state resident, he attended hearing instead of me. In span of 2 years, he suggested me to attend AA and some admissibility volunteering which helped to get early termination and dismissal. To be honest.. I've never had to hire an attorney before and do not wish it upon anyone. HOWEVER, if you find yourself in a position where you need one, Mark is the guy. He knows San Mateo county personally (unlike the big chain companies) that gives him the advantage of understanding and fighting your case.
