Ustedes pueden hacer solos sus tramites de SSDI y SSI, vayan con una trabajadora social, no dejen que se les pasen las citas con los medicos que el seguro social les brinda, tengan asesoría adecuada, siempre cuenten con evidencia de qie siguen o estan en tratamiento, si tienen un caso de WORKERSCOMP es evidencia muy ultil para su caso y cómodamente podrán tener sus beneficios, sí les llegan a negar, pueden tener evidencia de seguir en tratamiento y apelar. Espero les sirva esta información.

Peter is incredibly kind and will help you throughout the process leading up the the hearing and still continues to help us in this terrifying legal process. It gives me a great comfort to know there are people willing to fight for what is just and for what is right. He's been helping with my mom's case and I've had the opportunity to communicate the severity of the case and he takes it to heart each and every struggle we've faced.

I had a very difficult case, facing about eight years in state prison and two felonies. It was Mr. Peter who gave me hope and positivity when he took the case. He did everything for me and did not let anything get in his way in fighting for me. He truly goes above and beyond and cares deeply. He filed motions to weaken the district attorneys case whenever he had the opportunity and always made the time to answer my questions and speak to me about everything that was going on. I knew I could really trust him and knew he always had my back, even when the district attorney would offer decent deals, he wouldn’t accept it knowing that there was better for me. He fought harder and harder each day to get the best outcome possible, he was always confident and assured me that it would work out. After the preliminary hearing, his office was able to retain a video from the incident, which showed the other party being somewhat at fault and he was able to examine it and use it as part of the motion to help my case. His professionalism is outstanding in how he has dealt with me, the District Attorney, and the Judge throughout the case. He always arrived to court early, even before it would be open. He sympathizes with these difficult situations and goes the extra mile, treating you like a family member. I thank God that I went with him as my attorney and believe that God put him in my life for a reason. I do not believe I would have had the same outcome without his experience and ability.
