Mr. Damkar assisted me in settling an estate. He was very good and applied the appropriate pressure on the uncooperative party. My inheritance was obtained without having to go to court. He has a very busy practice, which is indicative that clients want his assistance. Easy to work with and is a good listener.

My son was facing 3 strikes when Mr. Damkar entered the case. He calmed all our fears by answering all our questions. If he didn't have the answer he would research until he found it. When we got to court he was always prepared. Unlike the first attorney he seemed to get along well with the opposing lawyers which in the end is what I believed saved the day. My son was not easy to work with but Mr. Damkar developed a relation with him that seems to be based on respect.

Mr. Damkar is a highly skilled lawyer who helped me with my criminal case. He not only got the case dismissed, but I got the satisfaction of seeing him fight the district attorney who had completely overblown this case. If you want a lawyer who stands up and fights for you I would recommend him.

Mr. Damkar is NOT a trustworthy lawyer, does not returned calls and his heavy caseload may negatively affect in the outcome of your case. We also found that he did not plead our case and speak up for us in Court as effectively as we would have liked.
