I highly recommend meeting with Mr. Robert Taylor for a consultation and representing you as your BK Attorney. He explains everything in detail. His fees are reasonable and he is with you at the BK hearing. I received my discharge recently. Everything went smooth and If i had any questions or concerns, Mr. Taylor responds in a timely fashion.

First off, I would like to say how amazing our experience was with Mr. Taylor from beginning to end. My husband and I, were very skeptical when searching for a bankruptcy lawyer but, Mr. Taylor was truly an incredible man. He explained everything in detail and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. We really liked that Mr. Taylor was not pressuring us like another company we had originally consulted with. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. I was caught on a traffic camera for not stopping at a red light in Orange County. A few days later I got a ticket from Orange County court by mail. At the same time I received three letters from three attorneys. After I have read the letters I called to Mr. Baylis office and talked with his secretary, I left my phone number with her. A couple of hours Mr. Baylis called me back and he explained me that what can he do for me. ( that's why I like him, he talked with me on the phone ) I hired him to represent for my traffic case. After that he keep in touched with me about my case through the emails. I have never need to go to the court at all. Three months later I received a letter from Mr, Baylis wrote that " The Judge granted our plea which does not incur points on my DMV record " He did what he told me, I am happy for the outcome.

As a class A truck driver.My license is essential for providing for my family...Mr.Baylis was able to beat my ticket clear of fines and points...I highly recommend him....

Allen Baylis has been an outstanding lawyer whenever I have needed him. He is probably the best lawyer I have had and I have had a few over the years. He was able to get an 88 in a 50 DISMISSED! Wow I didn't think that was going to be dismissed. Mr. Baylis has been working with me on a separate criminal matter for about 2 years now and he has done a great job. He was running a little late because the court house was in SD county, he promptly called me and let me know we could go in after lunch. That was really nice and very thoughtful, other lawyers leave people waiting till 5pm wondering where their attorney is and court is closing... not Mr Baylis. I highly recommend Robert Taylor as your attorney. He is a professional and is courteous and pleasant to work with. He made the legal process very straightforward and efficient. As long as you thouroughly provide what he needs for your file in a timely manner, he can get you filed very quickly. I was ripped off by an attorney before (Richard Mendez), but Rob has restored my faith in attorneys. He’s truly a man of integrity.

After my divorce left me in a financial mess I was looking for ways to get back on my feet. I’ve had 3 cases dismissed after the work of R. Allen Baylis. He knows Traffic better than other people who claim to specialize in Traffic that I’ve called to represent me, and he doesn't overcharge.

Whenever I have a traffic violation, I don't worry too much because I know Attorney Baylis will diligently try his best to obtain the most favorable results for me. Not only did he get 3 of my cases DISMISSED, he got a serious traffic violation lowered to qualify for traffic school. Attorney Baylis is one of the most direct, responsive, and punctual lawyers out there and will definitely not sugar coat your situation like some of my past lawyers.
