I've worked with a number of lawyers over the years, and my experience working with Taylor was the best one yet. Taylor created a partnership agreement for the new business I was starting. He was generous with his time explaining the finer points of the document, pointed out potential pitfalls, and, at my request, recommended a great book for me to learn more about drafting agreements so I am more effective in working with him on future documents. I wholeheartedly recommend him as your next business attorney.

Taylor Howard created a new complex legacy artist music business contract for me that made all parties smile and sign at first draft. Rock star.
