I emailed Scott for help with a fix-it ticket my wife had received which had become delinquent.
He called me almost immediately and offered some very helpful advice on how to handle the situation. He even emailed me a copy of the citation since my wife lost the original.
Didn’t charge a dime.
This guy over delivers and provides incredible value.
Guess who I’ll be going to for all my future tickets??

I can echo everyone else’s comments by saying that Scott’s communication and followup are second to none. Timely updates at critical milestones, clear communication of all steps and processes. Never a dropped ball or any ambiguity. All calls and emails promptly returned. Ultimately I did not get the result I wanted (dismissal) but the result I needed (reduction of charges to make me eligible for traffic school). I highly recommend Scott and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

THE GRATIST, had my red light ticket reduced to non-moving violation , no DMV points, reduced fine, no driving school, it does not get any better.!!

A great communicator and an amazing traffic lawyer. I got the first speeding ticket in Mission Viejo. Contacted him and right away he responded and explained very carefully the process. Attorney Scott Ball is very nice and communicative/responds quickly, he charged a low flat rate, and got my ticket dismissed very quickly! I never even had to show up in court or lift a finger! Will most definitely have use again if I find myself in a similar situation and will absolutely be referring him to friends and family!

I would highly recommend Scott Ball to anyone that needs to contest a traffic violation. Mr. Ball was up front and honest regarding the probabilities of various outcomes in my case and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I did not have to attend court or participate in any way, and although I considered it unlikely, my case was dismissed and and I did not have to pay any traffic fines or traffic school fees. Best $ ever spent.
