Barbara explained everything thru out the entire process. She is there to answer your questions while you are going thru the system. She is patient and understanding. Never try to do this on your own.

I hired Barbara to handle my divorce for me. She talked a big game but her performance was less than stellar. She seemed distracted and never understood the details of my case. I asked her a few question about delays in filing the proper forms with the court. After questioning her, she became aloof and argumentative. In the end, she charged me a lot of money and did very little.

Barbara McNamara fights the good fight. When I returned home from serving in the military in Iraq and Kuwait, my future ex-wife started the divorce process. I came home to an empty house and all of my daughters pictures removed from the house and told I could not see my daughter until I signed some documents. Sadly, I was desperate and signed the documents. It turned out that I had not protected myself and I had been taken advantage of. I was referred to Barbara and she stepped in and was able to fix the injustice by getting more visitation with my daughter and handle the child support. She also was able to get copies of ALL of my daughter’s baby pictures. Barbara also successfully negotiated a fair settlement on the house and I was able to move forward and I happily started a new blended family. Now that my daughter is older she expressed wanting to spend more time with me and Barbara successfully negotiated more visitation. Both times I was faced with the other party hurling false accusations and even petty name calling. Both times Barbara was able to take the situation and rise above and get a fair settlement. Barbara McNamara helped me to solve my custody, visitation and child support issues.
