Tim Ryan stayed on top of my case and called me frequently with updates. He’s very receptive to any ideas you may have on your case. His staff is outstanding. When they said something was going to be ready, it was ready. His office wasn’t that close to my home but he came highly recommended and I decided the distance didn’t matter. Tim Ryan and associates did a great job for me! I could care less about customer service, I just wanted to receive the most money possible. I suffered A LOT from a serious dog attack and I’m stuck with a life-long debilitating injury. I wanted to make sure I got the most money possible because I know my bills are going to be outrageous. I had a car accident and I went to these people for representation it was a easy case I was hit in the rear they kept telling me to go to Drs so I did and at the end when the insurance offered me some money he just excepted it without even discussing it with me and I told him this wasn't right and he said the check is in the office you can come pick it up if you want. So he received 3000.00 .the Drs received 2500.00 and I received 800.00 and after I paid my rent a car because they forgot to enclose the bill i had left around 450.00 . They just didn't care.

he just wants to quick settles and not careful checks in any errors some other lawyers made can harm your case badly, he is too soft to insurance company and not doing good for your case, while not gathering all complete and sufficient information before settle the case
