One great huntington beach lawyer right here. I was recently awarded a promotion at work but due to my record and probation I wasn’t eligible to accept it. I talk to Danny on the phone and he said he could try to end my probation early. I didn’t even know you could do that, I was shocked. At the end, he was able to get my probation dismissed early! He is great.

In 1997, as a college student, I hired Bill to represent me for my child custody dispute in Los Angeles. Bill was brilliantly strategic in handling my matter while also aggressive in doing the right thing. I remember during my deposition when he told me "the truth shall set you free". Well, it did. After 1.5 years of litigation, I was awarded primary physical custody of my infant daughter. Today, 19 years later, my daughter is a Dean's List college student. I have no idea what the run don't walk person is talking about? The only thing I can think of is that they are a hot mess and nobody can help them. Bill did an excellent job with my case and was there with me through my entire 2 year journey. He is on top of all the laws and guided me the entire way to be extremely prepared. Bill gave it to me strait and never told me things that he thought I wanted to hear which at times was hard for me to swallow but I would rather be told the truth than to have false hope. My experience with William Strachan was great. He handled my divorce from my husband of over 10 years. It was an extremely difficult situation because my ex-husband's attorney kept mistakes. RUN DONT WALK!! I hired this lawyer without doing my homework, expensive lesson! The first red flag should have been that anything you find on the internet about this lawyer is extremely recent! Hmmm? In my opinion he was extremely difficult to communicate and work with. On the few occasions I did see or talk to him, he was scattered and all over the place. He NEGLECTED to inform me of a court date, and sent me into mediation with NO guidance or direction, or even explained to me what to expect! Then YELLED at me when he seen the mediation agreement!! Needless to say relationship terminated! I retained him with almost a $6k retainer, he refunded less than $3k and only represented me for a couple of months. Again expensive lesson! Would I recommend william strachan?? To no one EVER!!

The previous negative review could not be more off base. Mr. Strachan has represented me since 1995 in a divorce case in which my ex-husband has come back numerous times to attempt to have my settlement changed. Mr. Strachan has always been there for me both in person when I lived in California, and since I moved to another state. He has worked diligently every single time we had to go back to court. More importantly, he was won each and every time. He's been patient when I've been in a panic, has always explained everything that needed explaining, and answered any question I've had. If I called him when he was with a client or in court, he called me back as soon as he could. And his fees were less than what my ex was paying his attorney! As for the charge that his paralegal did "...all the work..." that is also untrue. Yes, the paralegal does a great deal, but that's what they are trained to do. There are only so many hours in a day which includes meeting with other clients and going to court. No attorney could do everything which is why there are paralegals. And his paraglegal is also the best. If there were more than 5 stars to give Mr. Strachan, I would give him more than 5 stars. You will not find a better attorney than William Strachan.

Mr. Strachan answered my questions throughout the difficult process and always called me back when I left a message. He is straight forward with you, no sugar coating about the process.
