I got a red light ticket and Scott Ball got it dismissed. I had to nothing. I sat back and let him work his magic. He was very transparent and communicative. I hope I don’t get another ticket 😂😂 BUT if I do, I’m going back to Scott

I have a lot of respect for the police and what they do to keep our lives safe. I received a speeding ticket for speeding on a motorcycle. Because of my job, my license must be clean. Scott helped me stay clean. Now I am fully aware of the speedometer of my vehicle. Thank you OC Ticket Defense.

Thanks to Scott my speeding ticket case got dismissed today. I highly recommend hiring him as your attorney. I found him online & after seeing a lot of positive reviews I chose him to represent me in court. He communicated with me efficiently & made sure I was notified of any updates throughout the process. I can’t thank Scott enough, he really did an amazing job . 😌

I’ve never hired an attorney and him get absolutely nothing done. Complete waste of money. If he didn’t feel he could have accomplished something in this case, he should’ve not taken the case. Instead $200 for nothing. I wouldn’t trust him to handle your case.

This guy is dialed in. I paid the $300 requested, with a worst-case downside of an additional $485 fine if the ticket was upheld, and a point on my license. Possible middle ground of traffic school and no point, but (I think) an additional cost for the school, and the time to wade through it. Total cost of my experience? $300. Ticket dismissed. "your mileage may vary"...no promises here, and it might be the officer simply didn't show up. Frankly, it was worth the $300 not to have to drive to Orange County. I'd absolutely hire Scott again, and I'm telling anyone I know about his service.

My family had entrusted Denise Yaniv to assist me in an arrest that was made in Ventura County back in 2016. My parents were desperate and needed a lawyer and went with a friends recommendation to hire Ms Yaniv. After they spent nearly $7000 in retaining her to help me, I met with her once at the court and spoke to her one time on the phone in regards to my case. She was poor at communicating any details about my case and didn't put any care, concern, time, or effort into my case. After I was sitting in county jail for 2 weeks trying to figure out what to do I had to hire and retain another lawyer who was local to help me with my case. I understand that Ms. Yaniv practiced from Santa Monica at the time and wasn't completely familiar with the Ventura County judges but if that was the case she should not have even taken my case in the first place. As a professional, she should have referred me to another lawyer with more knowledge of this area so that they could dedicate more time in fighting my case. I felt like she robbed my family at this time and all she did was provide me a copy of my discovery along with showing up to my arraignment. Her attitude towards me was disrespectful at best when I met with her briefly. Less than 2 weeks had passed since my arrest and after numerous times to contact her I was fed up and I informed her I needed to seek new counsel. She billed my parents over $11,000 just to come to my arraignment in Ventura but lowered the costs to $7,000 which was what was paid upfront. I didn't receive any legal advice from her and my family wasn't given any refund after I fired her as my counsel. I waited to write this review because now I am done with my case and off probation. I really don't appreciate lawyers who think they can prey on elderly parents and take advantage of them during situations like this. No partial refunds were offered and after I received new counsel my whole case changed for the best. My new attorney agreed that Denise was not cooperative and didn't communicate with his office in regards to working with my case. This left a really sour taste in my mouth and hope that she has changed her ways now. I don't recommend her after she made my first arrest very stressful and painful to deal with.
