When I found Jackson & Jackson I thought they were just going to be like ever other lawyers.. hear what you say then just no contact at all for months ..... But no Jackson & Jackson did not they were always there had all the answers to all your questions keeped you in the loop of thing never keeped you in the dark we loved how attentive they were always answered our call and when I needed to talk directly to my lawyer not even that all the staff were very polite and new what you needed I would recommend Jackson & Jackson to anyone

Inbeen sending emails to mr. Jackson and still have not reapomded to me yet since apr the 6th . he changed the settlement amount to lesser than i deserved. I just saw that someone got 1million and something thousand for permanent disability and future medical and is unfair what they offered.me . he ignores all my calls dont keeo me updated and time is running out. I felt alone after the first two years since he low offered my case and rejected a small settlement thrown for my case without my consent . i really am so close to rraching out to the BAR and show all my emails of proof that responses are always late and when i do get a reply is for another thing that could have been done the first time he asked for those things .. Think about it and be at your own risk since this.is my honest ans simcere review to this lawfirm . one thing i know is that if you do good for people you get good back so it has me womdering if this lawfirm still is a running business.. I hired Gary because I felt like I was being lied to by the company I worked for. I put Gary and his brother through hell with my 10,000 a day emails and all my anger and rage because I couldn’t understand or comprehend anything that was going on. On top of my work injuries I had my own health issues that were And still are effecting my brain So Gary and Derek got the end of it and Maintained their professionalism so I’d like to publicly & whole worldly apologize. Thank you for all Of your hard work and your patience and to your secretary as well. Considering all the red tape in my case they did the best they could for me I dont think anyone else could have done better.

Horrible he did nothing for me as a matter of fact he didn’t file an appeal so my new attorney had to handle it. I’m sad to find out he will still get some of my settlement. To be honest I have no idea how he has so many good reviews with his rude staff and never being able to reach anyone most of the time. So obviously I do not recommend this law firm

Where do I start. Jackson & Jackson is the most amazing firm that I've worked with. I was forced to pull my case from 2 different lawyers before I handed my case to Jackson & Jackson. Go figure the last 2 lawyers took 3+ years and they couldn't accomplish as little as serving the right address to my ex employer, not only that they were rude to me, they lied and they never call me about updates.. Jackson & Jackson handled my case, I felt like they really cared for my case, they moved fast and I never had to call them once about my case, I was getting updated from them. After 6 months or so they were able to settle my case. I couldn't be more happier/ glad that they took my case. Thank you again Mr. Jackson

To be honest I take back the bad review I left on here about Jackson and Jackson law firm. Lately I have been receiving support by Gary Jackson giving some good effort to resolve my case. He has been answering my calls and keeping me updated about my case . He's trying to resolve my case as soon as possible for me to live through my pain in my coming years peacefully. Mr. Jacksons secretary has been communicating with me as well about any appointments by giving me reminders and sending me detailed emails about all appointments and scheduling. Also most important giving me copies of important documents for my record keeping.
