Used Scott's service to deal with a ticket, professional, courteous and answered any/all questions I had. Got the ticket thrown out....would definitely use his service again...when needed.

I had just received my class A and got a red light camera ticket at the notorious Katella - Los Alamitos intersection. Scott’s representation is the best money I have ever spent!... I can’t stress it enough, I highly recommend having Scott represent you! Call him and get his advice before you decide to move forward and pay any infraction. He gave me an extremely descriptive overview of strategies he would use to fight my red light camera ticket, his arsenal was immense I instantly realize this would be money well spent (my favorite strategy : requesting traffic light maintenance logs and varifying when the light was maintained, the duration of the yellow light and if the timing was correct). You have nothing to loose, not only did he guarantee no points on my driving record but he also put down in writing that I wouldn’t have to pay for his services if he didn’t accomplish this. You have to appreciate that kind of confidence. He beat my red light camera ticket, showed up to court on my behalf and I didn’t have to miss a day of work. He constantly kept me updated as to the status of my case and I never once felt the stress and anxiety related to knowing you have beat the system in your own. I can’t stress enough have him represent you!!.

After I got my first speeding ticket in many years (California VC 22350, Speeding 60 MPH in 50 zone), I posted a question about my specific situation on AVVO. Scott was one of the first and few to respond to my question and offered his services. I spoke with him on the phone the next day and after reviewing the circumstances of my case, he explained to me in detail exactly what needed to be done and it made perfect sense. Scott is very friendly and easy to talk to. He took his time to explain the process and answer my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable about traffic law. While he didn't guarantee the outcome, he indicated that I had a good case and a favorable outcome was likely. He also presented a follow-up plan if the initial process didn't produce the desired outcome. But we never actually got to that point. I immediately signed up with him. He filed the necessary paperwork and appeared in court on my behalf and eventually had the case dismissed. He kept me in the loop while the case was in progress and promptly responded to all my subsequent email queries within a day. Overall a very positive and excellent customer service experience and obviously, the most favorable outcome one could expect. Scott's fee was very reasonable and was even lower than the cost of the fine plus traffic school if I were to go that route. Scott is an amazing attorney. He not only goes out of his way to do everything in his legal power to get you out of your traffic offense, but he will keep you fully informed the entire time through both email and phone correspondence. Much different than the other ticket clinics that exist in Orange County. Would recommend his services to anybody who received a citation in Orange County!

Scott recently handled an outstanding case for me from back in 2010, that came back to cause me some troubles this year.
