I have come to expect top notice legal services coupled with outstanding customer service. I have NEVER been disappointed. Always top-notch. Kimberly Lee, Esq. has handled the estate planning for our family for over a decade. As our circumstances change and evolve, she has always been very responsive, professional and informative. Changes to our documents are handled immediately and accurately, and through online communications. She keeps us up to date on changes in the law that may affect our estate. We trust her completely in handling our affairs and know that our family's wishes are understood and settled. Her staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

We needed to set up a family trust. From start to finish Kimberly (and then her team) made the process easy--we know, amazing and unexpected!! Once again Kimberley Lee and her Law Group staff presented their Annual Client Breakfast Meeting and left no one disappointed. From the time you registered and checked in they were hospitable, helpful ,pleasant to talk to. The Buffet was plentiful as usual. The meeting comfortable ind Totally informative from start to end. The visual presentation and helpful printed information made it easy to follow and you had a total copy for future reference. In summation I would say that the presentation reinforced our firm belief and satisfaction that our Family Trust and Estate planning has been put in good hands. To say the least. To close I would also say that when we turn in at the end of the day we know that .."Our House is in Order".. That translates to a good nights sleep. And it's been that a way for over a Decade.

My husband and I are new residents of California who needed to create a family trust to replace our previous estate documents. We considered various self-service legal services as well as several local attorneys. You never want to be in a situation where you’re sitting next to your friend’s hospital bed and they turn to you and say that they need to do planning because they only have a few months to live. Not only is this an incredibly heart-wrenching experience but completely avoidable at the same time. Although this is something they normally don’t do, the attorney from the Desert Law Group put on their Superman cape and was able to not only visit the hospital but find a doctor who could do a medical evaluation in case the will was ever contested. Needless to say, Desert Law Group thought of everything that had to be done and completed the work quickly so my friend could have peace of mind.

Kimberly spoke at one of our Alzheimers support group meetings. After explaining the legal process involved, we made an appointment. She explained in more detail what paperwork was needed and it's importance. We were dealing with an elderly parent and sibling, one with a Will/Trust, real estate and personal property and the other with only a car and personal belongings and no will etc. We learned how vital it was to have these documents done beforehand to avoid probate court. the expense and family squabbles. Her knowledge, compassion and detailed explanations got us through a very difficult time. We felt we were drowning but thanks to Kimberly and her staff we were able to get through a very painful time of grief. We are truly grateful!. We were also able to complete our own documents.

I was referred to the Desert Law Group after my father passed away. There were several commercial properties that contained various partnerships including General, Limited, etc. I needed someone to help guide me through the process and create a Trust for me and my family. It was quite the education that Attorney Kimberly Lee took me through, especially when it came time to do tax planning. I didn’t know going in that she was also a Certified Financial Planner, which provided an extra layer of protection when it came to discussing tax strategies. I can’t say enough about Kimberly and her team. Attorney Mary Kelly was also quite knowledgeable with Administering my father’s Trust and working with me through the Trust Administration process.
