I consulted with Mr Wiesen regarding a situation whereby I am being harassed monetarily by another attorney with whom I met for an initial consultation. I was treated so very respectfully by Mr. Weisen, as well as given the time I needed to discuss this situation. Mr Weisen provided me with concise, helpful information and was very competent in how to best address my present situation. Mr Weisen is very easy to talk to, he provides the information in a way that is easy to understand, and he goes above and beyond in assisting you. This is the type of attorney we all want on our side. He is firm, direct, and gets his points across beautifully, yet, will aggressively stand by you and be there when you need him. I highly recommend Mr Weisen if you are up against any type of financial dispute whereby you are NOT responsible but are being sought after for money you do not legally owe. This is your attorney.

I saw David Wiesen for advice on a civil case, and he was able to assist me with the process and point me in the right direction. He's an excellent advocate for his clients!

David has helped me with a few issues over the years. In a world where ethics, honor and character are grossly lacking I find him to be a fine example of a good attorney, responsive and genuinely concerned. Most recently he assisted me with a DMV issue where there was a failure of justice and refusal to acknowledge even certified communication. He is also recasting my TRUST for me. There was an issue in about 2008 concerning my mortgage which he helped me with as well. He is increasingly busier and the demands on his time greater and I expect he will go far in part because he is grounded in the basic principles we should all live by, and I believe this path will take him far.

I didn't have time to deal with my issues. He took the weight off of my shoulders and I never looked back!
