My wife and I have been clients of Collins Law Group for over a decade. On every occasion while we visiting the Law office, we experienced a high level of professionalism from Ms Collins as well as other staff members. Ms Stracy Lyons is one staff member who notably stands out with a warm and cheerful personality. She is experienced and is very knowledgeable of the business. We are always treated with dignity and respect from everyone. I would highly recommend The Collins Law Group to anyone who is in need of estate planning and other services. Recently, I stopped by Collins Law office to review some trust documents and I saw that nothing has changed! The minute I stepped through the front door, I received a warm friendly greeting from the receptionist in the front office who immediately offered refreshments prior to meeting with Ms Stracy Lyons. I met with Stracy on several occasions during the past 12 years of being a client of the Collins Law Firm. She has always been friendly with a warm personality and yet, professional. I finished reviewing documents. Everything was current and in good order. While leaving the office, I saw Attorney Collins who was nice and friendly and as always, "down to earth" and of course, professional. In my opinion, the Collins Law firm is top notch and I would recommend the firm to anyone who is looking to establish a thorough family trust and preserve the family legacy.

This is an amazing firm to work with, especially Cameron Adams. I've seen some of the seminars he has been apart of and it was nothing short of informative and professional. He was also very professional during the final signing meeting. The firm as a whole is resourceful and I would definitely recommend!

My grandfather did his living trust with this firm and although they completed the trust, they were not thorough at all, which presented me, the Trustee after he passed, with many obstacles that presented themselves soon after. For example, the trust was supposed to be the beneficiary of his life insurance, but the law office never changed the existing policies, so after he passed, all the money was split equally among beneficiaries instead of paying for property taxes and trust debts. Furthermore, Caprice writes herself into your trust as someone who assumes fees if needed, to execute the trust. As such, she was urging my family to sell our family home, which she would receive a percentage of. I was able to refinance the family home, against her advice, of course, and kept our home in the family. I chose to use another law firm to represent our interests, and my husband and I are using another firm for our trust as well!

Very well hosted and informed simanar. I hate to always bring up money, but the plan is quite expensive. The question would be, how much are you willing to spend to secure your assets upon your deith?

I attended a seminar 02/2020 to help me better prepare for my Mother's legacy & now I feel a little more comfortable preparing for what is bound to come. THANK YOU!!!
