Masih was great to work with. We had bought a used Tesla and upon delivery, we discovered that it had been a smoker's car. We called Tesla the same day to have it taken back because that information had not been disclosed to us, but we kept getting the run-around. No one would answer emails or return our calls. It was especially problematic because both my son and I have respiratory issues that were made worse by this car. Not hearing back from Tesla, we had it Ozoned a few times and deeply detailed. It made it better for a while but in the long run, did nothing. We contacted Lemon-Aid Legal and worked with Masih. He was able to get Tesla to offer a buyback and for them to cover his legal fees. The whole process was easy and fast. I would highly recommend their services.
