The experience with Employees First Labor Law could not have been better. Jonathan LaCour and his assistant were helpful and very responsive to all my questions. He took the time to review the documents section by section. I appreciated the way in which he validated my experience and how guidance was offered. My matter was resolved within 24 hours; all because he gave me the language to use.

At first glance the motivation and fervor of the company seemed just what I was looking for as an bullied/verbally abused employee. Upon further investigation, the lawyer in most of the pictures standing with a porn star. It was disgusting see her implants bulging out of her seductive dress. This is not the image I would want the other sides lawyers or judge to see when looking up my lawyer. Furthermore, what does that say about employee respect. It screams poor judgment and I would be hiring a lawyer for their expert judgement. Is she an employer and he her boss. Just inconsistent with the nature of the company.

I recently Needed some legal advice from employees first labor law. I spoke to Jessica who was very friendly and was able to set up a phone appointment with Jonathan who was able to answer all my legal questions. Jonathan was very helpful and I was very impressed with the staff on how prompted they were able to get me an appointment. I am extremely impressed with Jonathan and his office staff. I contacted his office regarding an employment issue. I spoke with Jessica who was so nice and welcoming. She set up an appointment for a phone consultation and she emailed me than Jonathan was running late and would call me about 5 minutes late. He called exactly 5 minutes after the agreed upon time. Wow! I was very impressed with Jonathan. He was so kind and answered all my questions the best he could. It's really nice to speak with someone like him when you feel so lost and don't know where to turn. I followed his advice but on Sunday night before my Monday meeting I thought of a couple more questions so I emailed him Sunday night at about 9:30 thinking he would see it in the morning. He emailed me back answering my questions saying he was working anyway. All I can say is wow. That was very kind and I was able to sleep easier knowing I had all my questions answered. I was seeking for help and when I spoke to them on the phone, they saw the type of claim that I have and they told that they knew some who would take very good care of me.
