Beatrice and Helen were great! Very detailed and organized. I would highly recommend them to anybody that wants a team that will take you through estate planning step-by-step and explain all the advantages and disadvantages of your decisions.

We had a fantastic experience working with Beatrice Phan Law for updating our family living trust. We had created, revised, and updated our trust over the past several years with three other estate attorneys previously, and I can say with certainty that Beatrice Phan Law provided the BEST and most thorough service and planning of them all. We especially enjoyed working with her client services director, Helen Pak, who is AMAZING-- exceptional listener, very attentive and thorough, warm and friendly, professional and kind...all at the same time. Beatrice has a clear process that she follows for her clients, which I appreciate. It's something that doesn't happen overnight, nor should it: creating or updating your trust is an important step in taking care of your family and loved ones, so it does require a lot of thought and time, especially if you need to have those deeper conversations with your spouse about things. I finally got my living trust set up this week and I couldn't have done without the help of Beatrice Phan Law. I sought out to Beatrice for assistance with my living trust after attending her Estate planning brunch which i happened to find while doing my own online research looking for a firm/someone i can trust. Beatrice is very thorough in explaining the process and she makes sure that i have all my questions answered. Helen is the firm's director and she is so wonderful with keeping me in line with all my appointments and getting all forms completed. Both Beatrice and Helen are very professional but very personable which is very important to me. Another important factor that matters to me is the transparency with pricing. The range is disclosed during her presentation and my specific rate is disclosed during my first meeting with Beatrice. I wish i had found Beatrice Phan Law sooner. After years of being frustrated by the limited options offered by LegalZoom, my wife & I searched about for a reputable law firm to ensure that our family Trust is properly set up. We found many that did a great job advertising but whose reviews were suspect. And we found several that were very expensive. We could not be more pleased with Beatrice Phan and her wonderfully diligent counterpart, Helen Pak! They carefully (and encouragingly) walked us through the process of creating the necessary documents that will protect family should some accident befall us. Side note: Beatrice periodically hosts fun informational events, sometimes mixed with drinks, appetizers and treats. Those are a great way to get to know her team and assess for yourself if they are a good fit. For us, they were just what we needed: straight-forward and very organized. We look forward to keeping in touch with them as the years go on and our family needs change.
