Hired this attorney, and I got noting but bills and wate of time. Instead of standing on my side, she did totally the opposite. Never trusted her to be working for me, bad attitude, incompetnce, no production stay away from this attorney, save your money, my new attorney's fee was 50% less. I will complain to the state bar.

Although my case wasn’t something he could help me with, He did give me clear direction on what to do. His advice was very respectable and appreciated. In light of 2020 focusing everyone's attention on how quickly our lives can change due to compromised health, I decided it was time to refresh legal affairs that I had last bothered with 23 years ago. After cross-referencing multiple reviews of different estate law services in Orange County and LA County, hands-down the ones that impressed me the most were about Beatrice Phan. In particular, her reputation for attention to detail was what stood out as an important service, and she not only met expectations, she exceeded them. Our meetings were remote due to COVID-19, but I always felt that I was receiving the most professional treatment and genuine respect even on a Zoom call. Beatrice takes a genuine interest in her clients, and is wonderful about explaining what services she offers, and what the best fit may be for any individual's circumstance. She is in this line of work because she genuinely wants to ensure she's helping to protect her clients. Communication was always clear and professional, and any questions I had were answered immediately by either Beatrice or Tiffany. When it came time for me to sign the paperwork in front of witnesses, one woman who had worked at multiple law offices told me that she had never seen another lawyer provide the detailed instruction that Beatrice does to her clients. She goes beyond just legal services and provides practical instruction as well, which includes helpful tips to direct what supplementary actions will ensure all loose ends are tied up, but that is not a common practice among most estate attorneys. If you want to ensure that that all aspects of your estate's legal documentation are attended to and that you're not left on your own to figure out how to fill in the gaps, I *highly* recommend her services. I received outstanding treatment, and I know that I'll maintain a professional relationship with her for many years to come. You can't be too careful with your legal affairs, and I feel a sense of both security and peace of mind having found Beatrice. I feel very lucky!

I personally have known Bea for over 15 years now. What I didn't know about is what to do when someone passes away, especially when it's someone close to you. It's hard enough that you have to deal with grief, but the red tape that follows is just absolute madness. I had a glimpse of this when my own father passed away; I was not prepared or ready to deal with the bureaucracy. I reached out for help from my friend. After attending her free work shop on the whole process, I realized that a living trust was so much more. With a complex martial situation, I felt that the living trust was such a valuable asset for my family. Why so valuable? As an example, anything you leave a minor child without a guardian will automatically go to probate. This will not only triggers an automatic percentages charged to the total amount on your asset, but the time it takes to go through the process. In addition, the attorney fees will be greater than the amount you pay for the living trust. Hopefully, this helps someone else out before it will cost them an arm and a leg. Bea is not a sales person. (She's terrible at it) She won't be trying to sell you anything other than to help. She will walk you through the process and still "Bea" there after you're done with the process. At the minimum, everyone and anyone with family should really educated themselves about the living trust process. Good luck!
