I got into a DUI this year. I blew a 0.9 BAC and hit another driver on the road. It very much could have been a felony with jail time or worse - but I got lucky and this was my first and last time. Took off one of my charges, reduced my fine size (with community service), and explains what you HAVE to do in order to get your life back on track.
