First, I want to say thank you to Attorney Khurgel. My wife finally received her Green Card. It was a long and pain process. 2016 January, I filed the application for my wife myself. 2016 September, we went to the interview without any preparation. 2017 March, application got denied. 2017 May, hired Attorney Khurgel to fix the error we made. 2018 March, Attorney Khurgel went to interview with us. 2018 May, my wife received her Green Card. My wife and I made a big mistake when we filed for the application at 2016 January, we didn't have any attorney with us to prepare for the interview. Since we are real couple, we didn't take the interview seriously. And we did got punished. My wife answered one question incorrectly and signed on a sworn statement under the officer's leading questioning. I found Mr. Khurgel on Yelp right after our case got denied. He started to fix it for us. Things became complicated because my wife signed on the sworn statement. But Mr. Khurgel was calm and he explained the strategy in great detail. We started to prepare documents and evidences for the I-601 waiver following his direction. More importantly, Mr. Khurgel prepared with us for our second interview. He was such processional that practiced all possible tough questions. And my wife and I WERE TOTALLY IMPRESSED by him during our second interview. The officer was directed against my wife based on the sworn statement she signed. He kept pushed my wife and Mr. Khurgel spoke up and started arguing with the officer. At that moment, my wife and I were both shocked. Mr. Khurgel used to be calm and gentle. But at that point, he displayed to the full his talent and wisdom. His argument fulled of power, confidence, and logic. To me he was actually fighting for us. I think not everyone has that chance to see how he fights. I'm honored to have this opportunity. And what made us think he is good was, he didn't forget to calm us down during the interview! His action told us that he got this, everything was under control. And we did well in the interview for him with us. Also, I saw the I-601 waiver he did for us was like 500 pages in well organization with photos that we prepared. In sum, my wife and I are so grateful to have Attorney Khurgel fought for our tough case. And because our case was tough, Mr. Khurgel did show his attorney VALUE while preparing for our waiver and especially during our second interview! At the end, if you see my statement, that means you are looking for an attorney or thinking about hiring an attorney. My experience was, never ever think it easy! Do not hesitate to hire an attorney. Do not DIY for saving some money because it would've cost you more ultimately. No matter how easy or tough is your case, you need to hire an attorney. I highly recommend Attorney Khurgel!

My family and I have been struggling with bad immigration attorney's for close to a decade. I am a Canadian citizen with a Japanese citizen wife who was trying to start a business in United States(E2 visa). However, because of bad immigration advice given from various immigration lawyers, my family endured years of difficulty. I have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into United States with nothing to show for it except the threat of being deported. My brother discovered Khurgel Immigration on both Google and Yelp and we quickly made an appointment. Jeff and Aki were very helpful. The first meeting with Jeff, he was very frank and after we agreed to retain his services, he reviewed all the documents prepared by my previous attorney. He quickly noticed glaring mistakes; if I submitted those documents I would have been quickly denied and deported. Jeff took the case and provided me the revised documents and gave me the proper directions on which to best obtain my US visa. Due to my complicated situation, Jeff frankly told me that there was a very slim chance that I would be approved, not because of my current case, but because of the way my past cases had been handled. Nervously, I went to the US Embassy and after the interview I was approved! I was on cloud 9! It was such a huge weight off my chest. Since I was so preoccupied with my visa status and life in general (my wife had our third child), I didn't notice that my wife (Japanese citizen) had overstayed her visa. Technically she needed to be deported back to Japan and apply a new visa to reenter. What a mess! When I notified Jeff about the situation, he gave me a well deserved verbal thrashing. But afterwards, he did what he did best, he put together an amazing petition explaining the oversight and applying it to USCIS. He told us right from the beginning that there was an extremely slim chance that she would be approved. This petition would literally be a "Hail Mary" petition. He told us that she would need to visit the US embassy in Canada and hope that she would be approved. With two young children and an infant, you can imagine the stress on our family! He also informed us that IF she were to be approved, she would get the 2 years of overstay overwritten and an additional 3 years making it a total of 5 years visa. So off to Canada we went. Not only was she approved, but they overlooked the 2 years of overstay and gave her an additional 5 years for a total of 7 years visa! It was incredible!! I can honestly say that I wouldn't be here in the States without Jeff's expertise. He is so knowledgeable, patient and well versed that you have no choice but to feel completely confident in his ability.
