I was going through a divorce, and found it difficult to find someone I could trust to help me through this difficult time. After doing some research, I was in touch with Andrew T. Not only did he handle my case with the utmost professionalism, but even went as far as making sure that I understood what was going on, every step of the way. He even went above and beyond to ensure that the other party (my ex) had her paperwork correct. The help that Andrew provided was more than I expected, and exactly what I needed. I am writing this review about the attorneys at Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP, specifically Andrew and Brian. It's rare to find a firm that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your case feels like it's their top priority. By nature, I can understand that law firms have many clients, but with Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, LLP, you are not just case number 285768. They know you by name and show that they really care. The regular follow-up emails and phone calls help too. You feel like you are never in the dark about your case. They helped guide me through the process which made my case painless. With attorneys being given such a bad reputation, I can say that Andrew and Brian definitely do not fit in that category. They're honest guys who I would recommend to anyone who wants good service with a smile :)

I thought I was going to have an amicable divorce, turns out this is probably my worst nightmare. I ended up hiring a lawyer. This is the law firm I went with, with a friends recommendation. Andrew Tran and his team are very helpful. They answered my questions very quickly and thoroughly. The weekly follow up emails adds a great experience. I would highly recommend this law firm.

These guys are awesome. Unfortunate to ever need their assistance but if you need a personal injury attorney they are phenomenal and great at guiding you through the process. Hope I don’t need their help again but if I do I’ll be calling.

I am writing this review with much gratitude. I was referred to Wilkinson & Finkbeiner by another accomplished Guardianship Lawyer who is a friend of mine. He said my particular custody battle was not his particular expertise so he recommended this firm. My litigation began in San Diego with Attorney Kyle Siems. At that time I was overwhelmed with anxious thoughts of the possibility of losing my daughter. Kyle was very good at calming me down and providing a game plan that made sense and best ensured my desired outcome. However, my case was suddenly transferred to Orange County's jurisdiction. After putting so much trust in Kyle he had to hand me off to another Attorney in Orange County, Brian Mullen, who he assured me was highly qualified to fight for me. Right away I was impressed. Brian was very confident that I had a great case and was certain of his strategy going forward. Like Kyle he put up with my anxious phone calls and babbling, settled me down and assured me of his expertise and his confidence in my case. I've been involved in church ministry for years. I'm a people person. So I can recognize in both Brian Mullen and Kyle Siems that they don't fit the negative stereotypes unfortunately associated with Lawyers. Both Lawyers truly cared about me and my family, and especially about my daughter's welfare. Although, they were strictly business when it came to the quality of their work they were also very concerned human beings. It's also worth mentioning that during my Child Custody Interview, the interviewer, on more than one occasion, stopped to praise the quality and organization of my declaration that was prepared by Brian Mullen. I believe it was his skilled preparation of my declaration and his wise choices at every juncture that won me my daughter. I consider him a good friend and am forever grateful. I could not make a higher recommendation. W&F was a very good choice and far exceeded my expectation.

I highly recommend Andrew Tran and his staff. When I asked for a consultation Andrew was quick to contact me and openly discuss my case. And before demanding a retainer I may add! Andrew was very straight forward and had an answer for everything I asked. I was overwhelmed and very stressed when initially talking with him. He did a great job reassuring me and helping me understand my rights. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Andrew again in the future if needed. I had some other legal matters I needed taken care of as well. Andrew was even kind enough to give me a solid referral to another firm that could handle it as it wasn't something they could handle. The staff along with Brian have made a significant difference in my case. He offered up sound and realistic advice, gave me his honest opinion and invested in my case with great care and concern. My case was a difficult one involving reopening a long since settled divorce after finding fraudulent discrepancies. Brian does not waste a lot of time with the obvious roadblocks thrown at us by the other legal team, which were made to drag out the process and drain me financially - Brian handled everything like a pro and kept moving forward. We were selected the best option for me and finalized everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this firm, Brian and his team for good, clean, no-nonsense legal defense.

Aria with RMD law came highly recommended to me from mutual contact, and he did not disappoint. He was easy to get a hold of, always responded promptly, and was very professional. My wife and I got severe food poisoning while she was pregnant that lead to her being out of work for over a month.
