I have worked with Mr. Kirk and his firm for over a year correcting the wrongful and hostel actions that my only brother and his wife took from the family Trust. Both my father and I were shocked at the level of greed and deception that our family member showed. However with Kirk and his highly dedicated team we were able to insure a fair out come to the probate case. I have been consistently impressed with the quality of the representation he has provided. Upon the sudden death of a friend, I became Executor of her Estate and Trustee of her Trust. All of the beneficiaries were out of state. I didn't know where to start, but Jacob of Bradley Kirk & Assoc helped me get organized and get through the many steps in the process to perform my duties on behalf of the beneficiaries. He always responds to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. There was an outstanding debt due to the Estate that posed a more complicated issue, but Jacob’s experience, knowledge and communications skills continue to help me work the issue. Bradley Kirk handled my case in arbitration. He brought a binder that was 10 inches thick and passed a copy of the binder to everyone at the arbitration. The judge said that Bradley was one of the most thorough lawyers he has ever seen. Bradley had an answer for every question and referred the judge and the defending lawyer to the pages in the binder for proof. We won the case quickly. Bradley and his team were knowledgeable about my case and the law. I would highly recommend him and have already to other people that I know.

Jacob De Villiers of Bradley Kirk and Associates was wonderful in assisting me with the probate process after the death of my mother. The most important thing was that he kept me informed and was very responsive to my emails and questions. He usually got back to me within a few hours but always by the next business day. He made a stressful process less stressful and for that I am grateful.

It is with disbelief that I read the negative review of a client thee months ago. His experience certainly wasn't mine! I found Brad and his staff extremely responsive. All our communication i.e. Phone calls and emails were promptly returned if not the same day then the following day. I was kept informed regularly and timely of any matter in relation to our case. Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful in charting a course confidently through this maze of litigation that I absolutely had no knowledge of. He believed in us and I in him.
