I was wrongfully charged with a high profile murder case in Orange County. The charges were untrue. I hired Eric Lampel because I heard he was a fighter. Mr. Lampel worked around the clock for me, fought the District Attorney’s office and won the case at trial. It was very scary because I was facing 25 to life if convicted, but Mr. Lampel never let up. He even sued the lying cops for civil rights violations after he won my criminal trial! I put my life into his hands, and he delivered.

I hired Eric Lampel to remedy my wrongful termination. My company hired this huge law firm and fought us, refused to give me my job back, and then Mr. Lampel sued, and won, in trial $1.35 million dollars, then they settled. Mr. Lampel was amazing in trial. He has also done terrific jobs on criminal cases for friends, and a personal injury case for my Mom. I recommend him highly for any difficult legal matter.

When I had a serious drug charge filed against me a number of years ago I retained Mr. Lampel to defend me. He came up with a number of very smart defenses and strategies that really turned the case upside down, and then they lowered the charges, and I had no record. The other lawyers, and the Judge in court all seemed to like Mr. Lampel. I admired his work ethic. I would say that hiring his law firm is a smart decision.

I recently retained Mr. Lampel to handle a dispute over a deposit in a failed real estate transaction. He wrote an excellent (and quite extensive) letter that immediately got the other party to concede the argument (after lengthy delays and threats towards me by the other party and their representatives prior to Mr. Lampel's involvement), and he handled the settlement negotiations expertly. He was extremely responsive, his fee was very reasonable, and he obtained a great settlement for me despite most people telling me that I would be unlikely to prevail. This was not the first time I've engaged Mr. Lapel. He also handled a DUI case for my partner (about 5 years ago), and while my partner and I chose not to pursue the case to the maximum extent possible, his guidance resulted in significantly reduced penalties.

Lauren Johnson is a needle in a hay stack. We live in a cyber world where every new and experienced young attorney can make himself or herself seems like a super star buy buying a fancy website. Bill hands down best criminal defense attorney in Orange County!!!! Prior to hiring Bill my brothers case had been dragging on for over 3 years and things weren't looking so well for him. However, that all changed as soon as he got involved. Within months he turned everything around. He literally saved his life!! In addition to him helping my brother out he also assisted me. I had prior's from when I was younger and Bill was able to expunge them from my record. If anybody needs a criminal attorney Bill is your guy he is a man of his word.

I retained Mr. Lampel to litigate a wrongful termination matter against a huge California entity. They were so arrogant and superior acting, basically dismissing my attempts at resolution and threatening to sue me if I made a claim against them! That ALL changed when I brought Mr. Lampel in. He methodically presented my claims in a thorough and comprehensive manner, and we achieved a generous settlement without having to go to trial... and without them "suing me", as they threatened. I would recommend Mr. Lampel to anyone in need of a real determined fighter.

I never dreamt that a member of my family would need a criminal defense attorney but when my loved one was put in jail I was struck with panic. My experience with Mr. Weinberg was wonderful. I was working with a case that was several years old and I am currently several states away. He and his team were very professional and helpful in resolving my matter. Not only did it get resolved with great efficiency, they were very open with me and kept the lines of communication flowing which I appreciated greatly.
