I'm thankful to Anthony for helping review and make sense of the pile of complicated documents and agreements involved in the purchase of real estate, including the offer terms, the title report, and the escrow terms. Anthony condensed a mass of industry and legal terms to a small collection of brief, terse, and to-the-point statements and explained how I could and couldn't act to stay in conformance with these agreements and what would happen in the case of inaction and when.
