I am very thankful for Mr. Javier Carbone’s services. He came highly recommended as a very knowledgeable and straight forward attorney, and I positively agree with that. When I first met with him at his office, I expected to find the typical attorney's office with a receptionist asking me to fill out paperwork, but instead he personally greeted me in the lobby in a warm and friendly manner. As we discussed my situation, he asked specific questions to collect all of the facts completely, in doing so I could tell he was an experienced attorney in this specialized area of law and also calming and reassuring while finding a practical solution to my issue. During the time we worked together he was responsive to all of my calls and e-mails and always provided the best advice and practical solutions to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Throughout the process he treated everyone with care and respect, and represented me well, helping to close the case quickly with a positive outcome. Javier is a good lawyer. Very Professional and he will help you win your case. In my experienced we were dealing with a very bad family-owned company who are very bad and doesn't follow rules. And they were good manipulating other employees and covering up paper works and Javier did not stop until they get to settled with us. It was a rough case but he was great handling it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs his help.

I spoke with Mr. Carbone regarding questions and a consultation I had for my potential employment case. I genuinely wanted to see if I even had a case to move forward with. Instead of ridiculing me, he offered me sound advice and provided guidance. I don't see that much from lawyers now a days. He even informed me that hiring an attorney wouldn't be a financially sound idea, and instead offered me options and different routes to take my case. If I ever do need to hire an attorney for employment violations, he would be the first one I'd go to.

Javier represented my wife against a past employer who treats their employees like animals.
