I never dreamt that a member of my family would need a criminal defense attorney but when my loved one was put in jail I was struck with panic. Not knowing what to do I turned to the internet to find an attorney, since it was outside my home town. I found several reviews of criminal defense attorneys in the Orange County area and I checked the websites of the top contenders. I called five of them and became thoroughly confused. I then made a call to Bill Weinberg's office. I was relieved when his secretary connected me to him personally and not an assistant, etc. His comforting manner made me feel like everything would be O.K. I met with him personally the next day. Something about him told me that we were in good hands. He was open, honest and compassionate (qualities you don't always find in an attorney) and his credentials proved that he is more than qualified to handle this complicated case. Throughout the process he was reassuring and understanding. He reminded us more than once that we should consider our case "a marathon, not a sprint". The court system is a scary, frustrating place and we were all a wreck but Bill was there when we needed encouragement in person, by text, email or phone. We will always be grateful to Bill Weinberg and what for he has done for our family.

My experience with Mr. Weinberg was wonderful. I was working with a case that was several years old and I am currently several states away. He and his team were very professional and helpful in resolving my matter. Not only did it get resolved with great efficiency, they were very open with me and kept the lines of communication flowing which I appreciated greatly. If I, or anyone I know, ever needs the service of an attorney in California again, I will be calling on and referring Mr. Weinberg.

Jonathan Kwan helped me out hugely in an issue I had with my landlord who refused to return my security deposit. After bringing my case to him, he immediately took action and contacted my landlord demanding the return. Mr. Kwan gave me copies of all emails he sent to my landlord, and kept me up to date every step of the way. I ended up getting my whole deposit back.

I had an excellent experience with Jonathan Kwan. A close friend and co-worker was hit by a truck as she exited a cab. Even when you have just been hurt, everybody hits you with paperwork and it can be very intimidating. Jonathan was there immediately to comfort my friend and explain what was involved and how to handle things. He also got her a substantial settlement from the insurance company Jonathan Kwan is wonderful, and top notch.

I don't know what the issue was with the other reviewer but attorney Jonathan Kwan is a really good attorney. He is responsive and is very knowledgeable of the law. When I needed an attorney at a time of need, he came to the rescue and it was the most painless lawsuit experience ever, seriously. They're supposed to be long and drawn out and hairy and there's supposed to be frustration and waiting and anger... but no. He was great. He fought for us, he did his research. Maybe the other person was a person who was evicted?
