I want to thank Owais Qazi for his efforts in getting my H1B case approved. He was competent and handled the complex issues in my case. The USCIS issued a tough RFE and he prepared the answer well. He was always available to answer questions and guide me through the process.

Owais Qazi handled my complex removal of conditions I751 case. His approach was very helpful to me to be patient through the process and he prepared my case really well along with attending the USCIS interview. Owais Qazi, to sum up my opinion about him as a lawyer, I would say he was like a brother and a professional lawyer. He took my case very seriously, gave me time and a lot confidence and on regular bases he would guide me. And on the day of my interview he also wen with me to USCIS. l was well prepared and was able to answer all the questions from the Visa Officer. The credit goes to Owais Qazi for his dedication to my case.

My company hired Owais Qazi to start the labor certification (perm) process and I can only give a very high recommendation on how my process was handled. He is an employment based green card expert from what I judged. From the beginning, Owais was available to answer my questions. When my perm was approved in a relatively short time period, Owais continued my EB2 green card case and it was also handled very professionally. Today I am a permanent resident and I owe to this law firm. They are friendly, polite and really do care about their clients. Thank you again!
