Attorney Ngo assisted me with negotiating with a claims adjuster after my car accident. The claims adjuster was trying to low-ball me and force me to sign an agreement to waive my right and release all liability. This would prevent me from collecting my full amount of damage to my car. She helped me talk to the adjuster and negotiated full amount plus car rental fees also.
