I was involved in a major accident at the end of last year. I got in contact with RMD Law because I wanted to ensure I'd be taken care of and the responsible party would be held liable. From helping me find reputable providers for my treatment to explaining the claims process, California Laws, providing me with weekly updates via phone call and text message, I never felt like I was put on the back burner. I could get into the specifics in detail and list several instances where I was absolutely blown away by this team's diligence and attention to detail, but I fear a lengthy review would deter the average reader and I cannot afford for this review to be skimmed over. I hired RMD because my lawyer was not meeting my expectations (not returning calls, not getting results fast enough for my liking). On the other hand, within a day of signing the papers, this firm already had important documents for me, and they were working with the insurance companies to get my car fixed. In 2020, I was involved in a car accident. I called RMD law, and they gave me great advice. I was really impressed that I directly spoke with one of the partners, and they patiently answered all of my questions. So, when recently one of my friends who was involved in a car accident needed a lawyer, I wasn’t hesitant to refer these guys. I’m happy to say they still have the same professionalism with great care for every client, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Wow, these guys really helped me a lot. It's a difference of about $95,000 for my accident case. A friend had recommended me to a different attorney. That attorney said I didn't have much of a case and suggested dealing directly with the at fault party's insurance company. Months wasted and they weren't even going to fully reimburse me for what my medical expenses were. They wanted to leave me "upside down". I was angry and read reviews and called John at RMD and he said straight away that I was given horrible advice and he said "we will help you". The at fault insurance company settled for $100,000 instead of the approximately $4000 they offered me. I learned a lot during this process. I was naive dealing directly myself. If anything like this happens again I'll call John and Darrin. They made everything so easy for me. Wow, if I hadn't called them my situation would be so different.

I personally have never found an attorney i ever liked until I met Richard Heston. A friend of mine referred me to Mr. Heston as I needed to file bankruptcy. The whole process was very easy and Mr. Heston and his office assistant Yanira always replied to my emails and phone calls. They were both very helpful and informative. I trust no one else to handle my business then Richard Heston. You can rest assured he will take all measures to have you taken care of. I also noticed the rapport he had with the sitting Judge.
