I wanted to write a review for Mr. Dispoto a while back for his helpful guidance on a very difficult housing but I just needed some time to heal from the trauma of the unsafe housing situation. Mr. Dispoto was very professional and respectful on the phone as he gathered the necessary details about the situation. He made me feel safe enough to also calm down and assess the situation better. Where he really delivered was his evaluation of the contract I had signed - he provided very helpful feedback that made me feel so relieved he noticed all the important details that I had been worried about and also some some things I hadn’t known or thought about. Most importantly he was very clear about what could or couldn’t work, and didn’t just say “it depends” or be ambiguous. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again for his guidance because of his professional, kind demeanor and excellent understanding of contracts.
