The family law situation I found myself in this year is what prompted me to hire an attorney for the first time. I chose Moshtael Family Law because of their emphasis on transparency and looking out for the best interest of the child(ren) involved. If I started the process all over, I would still choose them. Yes, the services are pricy but you do get what you pay for with Moshtael and they are up front about their fees. I still have an open case and have had two attorneys with this firm, both of whom had and have been exceptional. I worked with Erin Noonan before she left and her consistent communication was perfect for me. My case was transferred over to Karissa Piralla and I was relieved to know it was another perfect fit. Karissa has been nothing but supportive, transparent, and realistic about the outcomes with me and that set me up for success in the long run. I feel very fortunate to know that Karissa was available to take my case and for the attention that is being provided.

I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. From the start, communication was poor. it took long to get a response to my initial inquiry, and when I finally heard back, they were very unprofessional. Jenny the girl I spoke to made me felt I completely ignored throughout the process, and she promised to book me in for consultation, but after 10 minutes she said the schedule is fully booked. And when I spoke to the manager Mahadis she was all caring about paying the fee in advance or I lose my booking not even for the date I asked for. So brutal. Ultimately, I ended up going with another law firm to resolve my matter, and I highly recommend seeking other options before trusting this firm with your legal needs.

I am so thankful for Navid and his team!!! I called them a day before court seeing if they could help my girls and I through a domestic violence and custody case. Without hesitation, Navid called me back and was getting all the information needed for court the next day. Every person I’ve interacted with on his team has been the sweetest. They have helped me so much through this process and answered all my many of questions. Michael in particular was always so kind and understanding. He made the whole process less stressful!
