As a professional single mom, I started my case with Navid, just because during the first conversation I felt he is the one who can get my rights and take care of my son. My case is a complicated one and I am not comfortable to put the details here but few things I HAVE to mention about Navid and his team: Accurate, honest, don't play games, organized and do well in communication ( which I do care a lot) My case is still on going and I will definitely get back and write what happened and I am sure we will win. Going through a divorce and custody battle is one of the most painstaking, stressful, and emotionally-draining experiences in the world, especially when your child is involved, and unfortunately it is never a clear-cut, one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to successfully navigating the choppy waters, which can be extremely unsettling throughout the entire process. There are a lot of questions, a lot of unknowns, and a lot of things that could go terribly wrong if you are not properly prepared for what is to come. That is why choosing the right legal team to represent and fight for you, and your child(ren), is absolutely critical if you want to win your case. When I first began my search for a legal team, the most important thing I knew about my case were the facts and who I was going up against in court; a disgruntled and resentful ex-wife, but at the end of the day, the mother of our daughter, which I made explicitly clear from the very beginning. After leaving my first review highlighting my concerns, I received a call from the CFO of the firm few weeks ago Interestingly, he inquired about the possibility of making an arrangement with me so i can remove my negative feedback lol... In response, I challenged them to refute this claim, emphasizing my determination to substantiate it. I believe transparency is paramount, and I am committed to ensuring that my experiences and interactions are accurately represented. Now its clear how there are only few negative reviews regarding their services... I will keep you all informed of any developments. (** Original Review **) My encounter with this attorney Navid was an absolute nightmare. They took my money and disappeared without a word. Communication with them was nearly impossible unless Navid needed funds for vacation. After draining me financially, him and his unethical law firm abruptly terminated our client relationship. Initially, I had high expectations, swayed by his glowing mysterious five-star reviews. Despite my case being in the past, his actions have left me emotionally shattered, financially ruined, and struggling as a single father. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure the ordeal he put me through. He shamelessly exploited me for money, neglected my case strategies, and inflicted immense suffering on my family.
