Attorney Moshtael is our family law attorney. We were settling custody issues and a very serious domestic violence issue. He happened to be in the right place at the right time and leaned over to offer insight when he could see our respondent's attorney was railroading us in the courtroom. At that moment we immediately knew we had to retain him and he represented us on the spot. Since we retained him we are more than relieved and confident that our children's best interests are represented. He is intense, informative, practical, yet very aggressive in the courtroom. Outside the courtroom, he prepares us well and continually provides guidance tailored to our situation. It is evident he is well versed in his profession. We highly recommend him.

I retained Navid as the third attorney in my five plus year divorce that was destined for trial. I had spent thousands in attorney fees and was losing every battle. My third attorney, but if he'd been my first, my divorce from a sadistic sociopath with deeps pockets and a shameless attorney would not have gone on for over seven - yes, seven - years. Mr. Moshtael is an empathetic softie who seems more driven by the need to right wrongs and halt inappropriate behavior than by the need to make money. He is also adept at tapping into his thorough knowledge of the law to look for creative solutions to impasses, to come up with multiple options to put on the table, or to call out a slimy ploy by opposing counsel that has no legal merit. His reputation - among judges and fellow attorneys alike - is what drives everything he does in the legal arena. But it is his profound humanity that drives his relationship with his client. He has all the time in the world for only you, whether it is to explain something over and over until it is crystal clear, to gently coax you into looking at a painful issue with fresh eyes, or to not make a single move without your informed knowledge and complete consent. Oh, and he never charges for those late-night or weekend e-mails asking, "You OK?" Because he never forgets how much you're hurting.

Been working with Navid for about 7 months now and thus far we've been getting good results. Good communicator and not afraid to go to bat for his client. Hope to have my case wrapped up by next spring/summer, can't believe how slow things move through OC family court.

Navid is a strait shooting, honest, and honorable man, that does exactly what he offers to. During my entire case, I felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind. He wanted to resolve this case in the most amicable way possible and not run up my attorney fees. He evaluated every aspect of my case to try and come to a compromise with the opposing side. Very attentive to my case. Always avalible whenever you need him, even on the weekends. He gives you every possible outcome that you can expect even when its not what you want to hear. Has your best interest at heart. Very passionate about what he does. Can't complain my over all experience has been long and emotional but I wouldnt have picked an one else to represent me.

My best bit of advice is you get what you pay for. Mr. Moshtael is an enthusiastic, focused, knowledgeable an determined individual and has absolutely blown me away. he is extremely aggressive when need be yet calm and calculated. I hope to never find myself on the opposite side of the table as this man because no doubt the apposing attorney I would be sitting with would pale in comparison. I have been battling either divorce or custody for the last 7 years.
