SON MUY PROFECIONALES...

Very accommodating, very professional and very dedicated people

I am at this point still baffled! I retained this firm because I had confidence in their integrity and understanding of the work comp laws. I usually tell it like I see it or what I went thru with no sugar coating. I like the attorneys as they represent the firms professionalism. Very nice attorneys. To make it clear this post had nothing to do with the attorneys in general however they may need to check up on the staff at times to ensure that all clients are being put first. Meaning the assistant assigned to the case need to be on top of things and make sure what happened to me happens to no one else. To make a long story a wee bit shorter. My case worker and her assistant did nothing but help to get the only income I had coming in stopped! Went 2 pay periods without income so yes THE STRUGGLE WAS REAL! I understand now what it is like to become a homeless person in a pandemic all while having zero control of what’s happening to you. I sent Jacky a email last year and ask that she remove a doctor I was not seeing for anything yet their office couldn’t seem to know what time my appointment was so every time I’d check in they tell me it’s at another time. It was too much dealing with a non professional establishment. I told her the doctor that was going to do the surgery was the only doctor I needed at that point. She did nothing! When I say nothing that’s what she did! No follow ups to what was going on even after the calls. 8 months later my benefits stop and she has no idea why they are being petty. Well it wasn’t their pettiness but it was because of me calling and emailing her in dissatisfaction to not receiving a call back about an appointment, she never calls back, so guess what I missed that appointment. I don’t miss appointments nor be late to anything in my life. So I call her and after that call I never heard from her again. She did not do any follow ups no calls nothing. I would call and leave messages to get no call in return. The assistant wouldn’t even call back and this is when I hadn’t received the 2 benefit check. I call again and no answer. “Imagine a stack of papers flying in the air because at that point I had no choice but to find better representation. Someone that calls back. I even had the guy that came to me at the beginning of the case ignore my pleads trying to understand what the heck is happening. It’s like this we hire you to take control of our lives as our work comp attorneys. It’s YOUR JOB to make sure no one misses the buss! Man I’m tired of this kind of treatment from people. They could care less about what’s going on in your life even if it means you not eating. WOW! But they have jobs. When it’s your job to make sure all the paperwork is in to make sure people that’s injured can be at peace knowing that even a partial income is better than none. It’s your job to make sure if that doctor says he can’t work then it’s your job to make sure the insurance company is on top of paying the benefits. I truly believe that these are some fantastic attorneys. There was a conference call about the case and I apologize for being stressed but it was beyond that. I couldn’t put gas in the car that I was sleeping in. Jacky says after I have missed the first check already that they would file paperwork to get it reinstated. My question was WHEN? I am cashless Now! Hey I’m expressive, so it is what it is. I was disappointed in the handling of such a simple task that caused me hardship.
