Kay Jafari is one of the most honest and trustworthy men I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. I was drawn into civil litigation, because of the actions of an ex-wife. Although I had no personal knowledge of her actions, her conduct resulted in civil action against me, by a private company, and the threat of civil action, by the US Attorney's Office. Kay's expert knowledge of the law, and ability to negotiate on my behalf, resulted in the company dropping their case and the US Attorney never proceeding with theirs.
