Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was pressed for time as I was ONE day away from closing escrow on the sale of my home. Long story short, an ex of mine was refusing to sign a conveyance form, which could have potentially killed my deal. I was in desperate need of assistance and I had no idea what to do. He took the time to draft, and immediately edit & review the e-mail message to send to my ex and his lawyer. I am so grateful that I found Patrick because he helped save my deal.
