Called about an accident on a premise property. Gabe took my call, and it was the single best experience with a lawyer I’ve had. “I’ve got time, you take the time to tell me what happened.” “Here is how our firm works (enter explanation), I think you have a case for sure, but I want to talk with my team to make sure WE are the best law firm for you to get the most money.” He came back the next day, and was 100% honest about the scope of their firm and that while they could take it, it would be best if I went with someone in this niche that they do but don’t do as often as other firms. He then gave me a list of firms to reach out to who would help. This is how a law firm should be. This is how HUMANS should be. Gabe is a pro. He is smart and affable and about as compassionate as a person can be. This is who you want taking your free consultations. So while I didn’t use the service (per their own request, which was astonishingly and refreshingly honest), I was confident in that I DO still have a case and may need to go to a different firm to get the most money. Gabe is a rockstar, and this firm shatters stereotypes of injury law firms. God forbid if I get bitten by a dog or hit by a car I will call them immediately and 100% be confident this is the best law firm in the Bay Area to help me.
