Lance and I got introduced during an emergency situation where my toddler was going to be taken from California to East Coast in a day or two. Given the legal complications of my case involving coast to coast move-away, there may not be a precedent case to refer. Lance is very technical about the law and I see him as a legal engineer. He sees things very accurately on how the court will see it and walks you through it. Lance's experience in OC is very helpful with local OC specific nuances. Listing out some of Lance's accomplishments for my case: 1. Lance quickly put a team together and was very effective in keeping my son in California and executed in less than 12hours. This was only the beginning of delivery of results. 2. Next Lance enabled visitation for me to see my son after 3months despite the other parent's gatekeeping. Lance's approach was truly focused on establishing my relationship with my son. 3. During my 1 week oversees visit to be with my Dad for his medical procedure, Lance ensured I am not stressed due to an ex-parte request to move filed by my ex. Lance and his whole team was there for me. Lance got this stricken down with a hearing scheduled in couple of weeks 4. during the move-away RFO hearing Lance's brilliance in court room shined clear. We had last minute change in semantics and stance in the courtroom. Lance's ability to use the opposing counsel's quoted precedent cases against opposing arguments, twice during the same hearing, was inspiring. this was Lance's 4th success for me and I am closer to my hope of being an active parent in my kids' lives Lance has my full trust and faith.
