I came to Anastasia needing help with an unfortunate 647(f) charge. Right from the beginning it felt like she was sincerely engaged with my situation. From the moment I was referred to Ferrentino and Associates I was comfortable. Ana called me immediately and discussed the details of my case and was very comforting since I was so upset and was having anxiety issues. I had worked with Cori Ferrentino's office for a first offense DUI charge in 2010 which was reduced to a "wet reckless" and I was very happy with my representation. In 2015 I made another poor decision to get in the car after a night out. I knew that if convicted, a "wet reckless," counted as a prior and I was now facing a second DUI. I held Cori's office in very high regard and had recommended her extremely reputable law office several times to friends in need of defense. When I sought her help this time, Ana Zykanova had started working with the firm and I worked almost exclusively with Ana this second time. I was extremely impressed with Ana's representation. I knew that this process was going to require a certain amount of "hand-holding" and finesse to navigate the different variables that are involved in DUI cases. Ana was an excellent communicator--- clear, honest, timely, and personable. She was on top of all of my deadlines and sent me consistent reminders when I needed to follow up on anything with the court and was always available to answer the myriad of questions I had throughout the process. She did everything she could within the system and filed a brilliant motion which, upon the judge's whim, we ultimately did not win. My jail time, however, was greatly reduced, she got me home confinement (which was a breeze), and was able to negotiate certain deadlines to fit certain conditions of my life. Most importantly, she made me feel comfortable during a very dehumanizing process and really went the extra mile for my case. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing top-quality legal defense.

I was locked up in LA county (AB109) on a Felony case doing three years. I had run it concurrent with a second case in LA County, and I had a probation violation in a third case in Orange County. I was able to contact Miss Zykanova to see if I was prop 47 eligible when it passed, and I was impressed by her working knowledge of prop 47. Within a week, I was leavingLA County with time served on both counts, and I didn't even have to show up for court as she took care of everything. Transported to Orange County, she was in court with me and had that case dropped to a misdemeanor, with time served, and no probation or parole. In the following weeks she petitioned several other courts to address past felony convictions that fell under prop 47. She is quick thinking, knows the courts, and is an expert on all matters prop 47. I highly recommend her.

I have been worrying for almost 20 years without taking decisive action towards my criminal case. One day my wife after research found Anastasia.
