I recently worked with Lauren Mullee and her very efficient assistant, Katy Flores, on my divorce. I was the respondent, so had a lot of questions regarding the process, and wanted to make sure I wasn't being railroaded by my ex-spouse. Lauren spent a lot of time with me explaining my options. She and Katy were very thorough in making sure my Disclosures were complete and accurate. I never had to question whether or not I was following the protocol and process accurately and professionally. I tend to be a "softie", and Lauren helped me stand up for my rights and negotiate with discipline and in good faith and find that sweet spot between pushover and bully that allows things to move forward. I am so glad this chapter in my life is becoming smaller and smaller in my rearview mirror.... and there are no missteps or regrets that linger.
