Poor service, they were handling one of my cases and failed to keep me updated at all. Never heard from the lawyer neither, like they did not put much effort into my workers comp case!! Poor service

I had written a bad review due to the bad customer service and they called me to make it better but it seems that it was just a tactic to take it down. It’s been months and if my case is still how it was before that’s all I’d like to know. Just some simple feedback/updates.

I was blessed to be helped by a young man named Malaquias Marconi, who was everything I could have asked for and more. throughout the whole process he gave me 110%, always very knowledgeable with every question I had. Malaquias always kept things professional, but I also felt that he truly cared about me and my case he was there for me whenever I had any problems, he truly made this process stress free. night or day he made time for me and kept me up to date from beginning to end. If you are looking for a great law firm, Diefer is definitely the way to go. Be sure to ask for Malaquias!
