David Robinson has built a wonderful firm that has represented my company over the past 12 years on many issues. More recently David himself had to step in on a particularly technical issue and he handled the situation masterfully. My partners and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

David represented my firm and I as plaintiffs in a couple cases involving corporate governance, fraud and fiduciary duty claims, in my capacity as a Board member of a private company. These matters were in dispute and litigated in 2011 and 2012. I first met and retained David A. Robinson of Enterprise Counsel Group in 2005 to represent my corporation in regard to a business dispute with a former associate/partner involving a multi-million dollar real estate joint venture. The latest Appeals Court decision successfully concluded a grueling 17-year legal battle, during which he very ably represented my company’s interests for the last 8 years. The case required depositions, motions, hearings, litigation and trials at various judicial levels, and numerous appeals, in multiple venues – California, Nevada, Florida, Texas, and Wisconsin. In every instance, Mr. Robinson and his associates overwhelmingly destroyed the opposition! Although my former associate/partner (an attorney himself), and his many attorneys, systematically engaged in nefarious and disingenuous tactics and dealings, which were a stated blatant attempt to cripple my firm financially and devastate its spotless business reputation, Mr. Robinson has been remarkably conscientious and responsive in keeping me involved and informed of the progress of the case throughout the judicial process. With his vast litigation experience, Mr. Robinson has been able to design and lead with innovative approaches and trial strategies, which totally disarmed the other side. Having served as Judge Pro Tem himself, Mr. Robinson’s experience and professional contacts were invaluable. By way of example, the expert witness selected by Mr. Robinson had a tremendous effect on the Court, and the successful outcome of the matter. Additionally, Mr. Robinson looks at billing from a client’s perspective. With the support of other partners and junior attorneys, Mr. Robinson is able to utilize the client’s litigation budget in the most efficient and productive manner. In my particular case, Mr. Robinson was able to save my firm tens of thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Mr. Robinson without reservation.

I have had the opportunity to work with David Robinson on multiple occasions. I have worked with David and his team on various matters. He brings major firm experience to a smaller firm environment which translates into lower fees. He also brings a strong business knowledge to litigation matters and has the ability to simplify complex matters by breaking them down in easy to understand components. This skill has best been displayed while he is presenting a case before the "trier of fact". David is willing to level with his client and assist them in understanding the risks as well as opportunities in their case. If it is appropriate to settle a dispute he will tell you. I had loaned money ($300,000.00) to a friend for a few days without a promissory note. Loan was not returned for more than 2 months. He promised to transfer some assets to my name worth $375,000.00. He kept promising but did not transfer the assets nor did he return the money. Four years passed, he boasted to one of our mutual friend that he was not going to pay me the money as statue has passed. I was very upset and angry and decided to take legal action. I have absolute confidence in Mr. Robinson's legal skills. My manufacturing firm has benefited from his legal acumen on several occasions over the last twenty-plus years. In the second instance, his command of Estate Law, coupled with his lengthy trial experience, allowed my wife to prevail during a court-ordered mediation. By the end of the one-half day mediation the opposing party capitulated on all points, including payment of my wife's legal fees. My understanding was, and still is, that court-ordered mediation hearings rarely result in settlements. My trust in Mr. Robinson's outstanding legal skills is unwavering.

David has handled several complex civil cases for our corporation. All successfully, including a jury trial. He is incredibly well versed and prepared. I know as a former judge and litigator.

David handled a very complicatied business breakup, involving numerous parties and constantly moving pieces, over several years of litigation. He won the case, and put an end to a long running legal battle, then won again on appeal. His attention to detail and prepartion for every hearing and the eventual trial was outstanding. David has a unique ability to simplfy a complicated matter and present it in such a way that anyone can understand it. His hard work showed and resulted in our winnign the case. David commanded the respect of the judge and the other attorneys in the case. The final outcome of the case saved millons of dollars for our companies.
