I was caught going over 100 mph. The officer cited me for VC 22348 b. I was facing 2 points on my license, a huge fine and my license was going to be suspended for 60 days. Mr Serafano went to trial for me. My charge got reduced to VC 22349 a. Only 1 DMV point, $100 fine plus a 10 day suspension. Mr Serafano did a great job for me and I will always recommend him.

I decided to hire Mr. Serafano for several reasons. First and most important is because of his calming demeanor. After speaking with several other attorney's offices my nerves and anxiety were running high, but when I spoke with Mr. Serafano his calming personality put me at ease and calmed my nerves. I felt as though I was more than just a client and that he really wanted the best outcome for me possible. I had to attend a DMV hearing for my commercial class A license because of an investigation about a DMV employee. Attorney Serafano protected me from the aggressive DMV investigators.
