My company retained Doug Carasso to assist in setting up a medspa in Beverly Hills. Doug was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job of doing legal research. He spent his time very efficiently with no excessive hours being charged. The business is now up and running thanks to Doug who has a very savy business mind.
