To Roul Mendoza and MVP Tea💫🙌🏽🙌🏿🙌🏻😊🥰😊🥰😊🥰😊🙌🏾🙌💥💚💛💜❤️💙💥 I started my free consultation and was so skeptical about my case because everything was going wrong at my job, getting attacked, having my life threatened, my car getting hit by a customer and no cameras working just outside for show which means nothing in this day and age. I called many attorneys and every time I called they said I didn't have a case good luck g, I know you'll find someone out there that will take your case but because my case wasn't a million dollar lawsuit they wouldn't represent me. After almost losing how I came across MVP trial attorneys, finally, after my case was reviewed, I was assigned to Mr. Roul Mendoza, Mr. Mendoza is a case manager at MVP. After going into to details about my case they were finally able to get me a settlement, now it was long wait because of the other party not communicating back in a timely order but of course that would expected of them become they really don't have a good repore with former employers and lack of our (safety) and commitment to our jobs there was just appreciation and recognition for our time and effort we put in long hours and hostile and hazardous work environment having to deal with abusive customers, stuff being thrown at you, spit at. My case was finally being resolved, and after a long wait, I finally was able to get my workman's comp. I have to say that during this process, it was very frustrating because it took 6 months. At the time, Mr. Mendoza seems to be the one with most of our workman's comp cases. The case workers are the ones who do most of the work to prepare for the attorneys, but in this day and age. They say it takes abl village to raise a child, so the same thing goes for preparing a case if they want to be successful in suite, Mr. Mendoza not just a case worker but also is a father and husband to have to handle an overwhelming and stressful job and be a family man and a father who makes sure to make time for his family would be considered a hero. With how the world is in this day and age, balancing work and family life seems to be possible. Just know if you Mr. Mendoza doesn't get back to you right away just know he's working on it and that he will get back to you, you might have to email him or text him but just know he's not just sitting there twitiling his thumb he's doing the work of 5 men or woman. Try to be patient understanding and know that their working really hard trying to meet their clients' needs as soon as possible.
